Our Sunflower competition is held in the two weeks before the Show. Backwell residents submit entries for the tallest sunflower by email on one chosen date and our judges visit the tallest, to verify their height. Photos are taken of the sunflower for display on our website and at the Show itself – and small prizes are given to each winner. Photos of the growers may be taken, with permission.
