Certificates are awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each class, as judged by our team of expert judges. The judge may also award a Highly Commended in each class where appropriate.
Children will win cash for each 1st/2nd/3rd award they receive and can collect this from the WI Hall stage from 3pm on the day of the Show.

Trophies/cups are awarded for the most points in certain categories and also for best entries as detailed below. These are awarded at the end of the show day in the WI hall. Please come along and show your support for all exhibitors.
The Trophies have been donated by Backwell organisations and in memory of influential Backwell residents and Show supporters from the past five decades. These will be held by the winner for one year and returned in the summer before next year’s show. Children awarded a trophy will also receive a rosette to keep.
